Most everyone has probably heard of the “I’m Sorry World” website where countless numbers of Americans wrote messages to apologize to the world about George Bush winning. I browsed through them finding most messages to have no humor and be quite stupid, like “we sorry half of America is (insert lame degrading comments about the intelligence of everyone who voted for Bush), then they follow it up like, “it’s not over yet”, and if your really a good bush hater, then you can add a quote from some socialist dictator from the mid-20th century. Without trying to make this too political, I do want to touch on one thing presented by this, Why are people so angry about this election, especially every college age student who voted for the first time and act like they have been wronged every day of their life for the past four years and the apocolypse is coming because “the other side” won?

Now that I’ve added my two cents, I want to get to the point. Despite all this hate and anger, there is a bright spot in this site. There are people who have a sense of humor, obviously the person who started it did. This picture above is the Mona Lisa of sorryeverybody.com. Only if more people could learn to take themselves a little less seriously.
