Quest for the Holy Salsa

Supposedly this salsa is killer. So much so that a food reviewer tried to get genetics scientists to analyze it’s dna to find out how to make it. They failed, but a super-taster succeeded.

I understand the never-ending quest to create restuarant quality salsa at home. I’ve even thought of moonlighting as a mexican restuarant chef to steal my favorite recipes. My addiction knows no limits. Even now I am thinking about Taco Tuesday and the avocado salsa at Taco Mesa.

I’m gonna try this recipe this weekend and I’ll let you know.

can you reverse engineer the pickled carrots and cauliflower at Taco Mesa…mmm now that is a cause worthy of engineering effort. I can manage the project and be the business owner as well. But most of all I’ll take care of all the QA and any UAT.
