Grilled Cajun-Spiced Mahi Mahi Tacos with Fresh Guacamole and Cotija Cheese
I’m not even hungry and I want to eat.
It just goes to show the extent imagery influences our consumption.
The monkeys are picking tea.
The fishes are weird.
The cats are attacking.
It’s a new week here at electronicalifornia and soon a new month…oh and yesterday the ocean and party island became one and birthed a child called fun. More on that to come soon.
Update: In a strange turn of events, some other monkeys are now spear-fishing.
Two great looking fish recipes. They remind me of my dad.

Pork Bratwurst topped with 3 cheese blend, grilled onions and peppers, and avocado wrapped in flat bread. It was very tasty.
Burger from The Counter in Irvine, CA. Sprouts, Tomatoes, Tillamook Cheddar, Avocado, Jalapenos and Roasted Red Peppers with Garlic Aioli on a Honey Wheat Bun. This wasn’t my burger but it looked prettier.
Burrito Loco from Taco Factory in Tustin, CA. Carne Asada, Black Beans, Salsa, Guacamole and French Fries smothered in Red Sauce and Cheese. This thing was uncharactistly huge. I ate less than half, I can still sorta feel it two days later. The Carne Asada here is amazing.
